All of our “BBQ favorites” are served with Tangy ColeSlaw, Cornbread and your choice of Homemade BBQ Baked Beans or Homestyle Potato Salad.

Fresh Seasonal Fruit: artistically displayed fresh seasonal fruits.
House Salad: Iceberg lettuce tossed with red cabbage, shredded carrots, celery, fresh tomatoes & homemade croutons. Choice of two dressings.
Mixed Weed Salad: Fresh mixed field greens tossed with red cabbage, shredded carrots, celery, fresh tomatoes & homemade croutons, and then tossed in our own Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing.
Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with our house Caesar dressing and fresh Parmesan cheese. Garnished with fresh tomato, homemade croutons and lemon wedge.
Pasta Salad: Fresh pasta tossed with artichoke hearts, mixed vegetables, black olives & sweet peppers in our own Vinaigrette dressing.
Herbed Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Fresh mashed potatoes with a mixture of fresh herbs, three cheeses and fresh chopped garlic.
Macaroni & Cheese: Tender elbow macaroni combined with a thick three cheese sauce, topped with more cheese and baked to perfection.
Baked Potato: served with our House Chef Butter.
Corn on the Cob: Fresh local sweet yellow corn with real butter, fresh herbs and our dry rub. (seasonal)
